DOMESTIC

  • FREE SHIPPING for all AUSTRALIAN orders over $50
  • FLAT RATE $14.95 on all AUSTRALIAN orders under $50
  • $24.95 AUSTRALIA POST Express Shipping
Mylk Coffee Co. use Australia Post and/or local courier companies for all domestic orders sent within Australia. Orders sent through regular post should arrive within 3-5 business days for metropolitan areas, and within 2-4 days if using Express Post. Non-metropolitan areas may take longer. A confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent once orders are booked for dispatch. 

 

INTERNATIONAL

$60 flat rate shipping

All international orders are shipped via AusPost. Orders should arrive within 14 business days, though times may vary depending on location. A confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent once orders are booked for dispatch. 

Please contact us within 7 days after dispatch has been confirmed if you have not received your package. 

The estimated shipping costs on the website are as accurate as possible. However, if there is a large discrepancy between the estimated cost and the actual cost, we will get in touch to arrange the appropriate cost.

Import taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. 

AMENDING OR CANCELLING ORDERS

If you need to change or cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible.

REFUNDS + RETURNS

If you have been sent the wrong product, or it has been wrongly described, please contact Mylk Coffee Co. within 7 business days and we will resolve your issue.

If the order is lost in transit by Australia Post or any other third party shipping company, we will be unable to refund the cost of shipping. Shipping costs will not be refunded by Mylk Coffee Co. if there has been an error made by the customer, Australia Post, or any other third party shipper.
